How do I update my recipient list?

Simply email us with the names and email addresses of your new recipients. We aim to process all changes within one business day. For corporate plans, you can nominate up to 10 recipients at any time.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time — annual plans offer a saving versus month-to-month. Contact us to arrange the change and we will prorate any balance accordingly.

What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your Health News Daily delivery and archive access will cease. There are no cancellation fees.

Is VAT included in the subscription price?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing South African rate will be added at checkout for South African subscribers. International subscribers should check their local tax requirements.

How is payment processed?

We accept payment by EFT, credit card, and debit order. After signing up, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Annual subscribers receive a single annual invoice; monthly subscribers receive a monthly invoice.
